It's no secret; the interview is the most important part of getting a job, so DO YOUR BEST, to do your best.  Hopefully you are here because you have an upcoming job interview.  I've compiled a lot of answers, not only to interview questions, but also to questions you may not even know to ask.

  There are a number of aspects to an interview that you may not  know about.  If you are a seasoned interviewee, then you know what I'm talking about. 

  Learning good interview answers to job interview questions isn't enough, invest time and effort into preparing, studying, and practicing your interviewing skills.  You can't rely only on answering questions well, it takes a lot more than that to get a job!

  Remembering answers to interview questions will be tricky. Using notes during an interview just isn't practical and shouldn't be a part of your question-answering strategy.  So how do you answer all those questions?  Here's how:

• Learn all you can about your potential employer;

• Complete an effective resume and cover letter;

• Think of specific past experiences that demonstrate your knowledge, skills and abilities, related to the job;

• Study answers to possible interview questions;

• Use the STAR technique to form you responses.
