Ever been asked a job interview question that you didn't have a good interview answer for? You're not alone! Many job applicants go to interviews without doing any research, even though the information they need to be successful is readily available. Interview Tip #1

Imagine that's you on the left, faced with three interviewer panel members across the table.

--You arrived on time - that's good;

--You've greeted each interviewer with a smile - good;

--You're sitting erect with relaxed hands, all good.

Arriving, ready to interview is more than many candidates are capable of. Only the strong will survive, so arrive on time, present a positive personality, and relax.

Interview Tip #2

"Where do you need the most help? "

Investigate the organization. Have you reviewed job announcements, job descriptions and goals from the organization? Perhaps as important as studying interview answers, is the research and preparation that gives you a better understanding of the organization and their needs.

3. Dress appropriately.
