"Where does the interview start?"
The interviewers have reviewed every document you submitted and have talked to receptionists and colleagues prior to your arrival at the interview. The interview started the moment you submitted your application and résumé, so act as though you are being interviewed with EVERY contact and conversation you have with the organization.

3Interviewers are impressed with corporate knowledge. Investigate their organization and learn about their goals and culture. Have you reviewed job announcements, job descriptions and goals from the organization? Perhaps as important as studying interview questions, is the research and preparation that gives you a better understanding of the organization and their needs.
Basically, to do well:
1. Do some research. It won't take that long and what you learn will show the interviewers that you are serious about this job. Learn how to learn about the organization! You'll need to know more about your strengths (and weaknesses) and then capitalize on that knowledge.
2. Include relevant information in the job documents you provide to the organization. Learn how to complete the documentation.
