Interview Rating
Imagine how valuable it is to know WHAT the interview ratings system looks like and how interview scoring is accomplished. Knowing a little of what's going on inside the employer's head will help you demonstrate what they are looking for.
Although each interview criteria will be different, there are some common interview scoring categories that you can study, because if you can deliver on these, you've got a good chance at the job.
The good interviewer will take the time to develop a rating sheet and record their impression as soon as you leave the interview room. Remember the rule of "primacy and recency";
...people will more likely to remember the first thing you say and the last thing you say.
Below is a typical evaluation form that is used to score candidates after (or during) the interview.
