The Cover Letter
Cover letters are
very important to the application process
and many hiring managers
will automatically reject
resumes that arrive
without them. In your cover letter,
expand and explain. Provide other information that will

References
Great references can easily move you to
the top of the hiring list or sink you to the depths of the
candidate pool. You don't always have to provide
references with your resume or during the interview, but the
decision makers have to know that you are ready to provide a
reference list when they ask for one.
